From the Spring Waitrose recipe booklet, I baked these today.
I used a ready scone mix from the Coop but the grated apple made it very wet so I added a lot more plain flour and more sugar too. It's a sweet dough.
Above is what they are supposed to end up like. And below is my work in progress...
My hands were endlessly floury.I forgot to bake them with nose and teeth already on so these were all added afterwards.
Psychotic bunnies, no? They taste good though.
